Changin the rules

23 May

Judge changes the law.  Despite the clearly stated law, a Federal Judge put Michigan Rep. John Conyers, one of the longest-serving Democrats in Congress, on the primary ballot Friday hours after state election officials declared him ineligible.  Read more here.

Earlier Friday, Conyers lost his appeal to get on the August primary ballot after state officials found problems with his nominating petitions.  But hours later, Detroit (Democrat) federal Judge Matthew Leitman issued an injunction ordering that Conyers’ name be placed on the ballot.

Conyers needed 1,000 petition signatures to get a spot in the Democratic primary, but many petitions were thrown out because the people who gathered names weren’t registered voters or listed a wrong registration address.  That left him more than 400 short.

If you don’t like the rules, just get a criminal Federal Judge to change them.

“In essence, they played the game, lost, and then complained that the rules were unfair” ~ Eric Doster said, quoting a Virginia Judge

Someone tell me why we even bother with the concept of “Law” anymore.  Perhaps it’s time to get these things straightened out with every Democrat.  Whether it’s a voter, a candidate, or a so-called Federal Judge.

There is definitely a different set of rules for the “elite” and “We the People”. The best way as I see it to erase this imbalance is to put these regime-owned Judges in a burlap sack and throw them over a bridge rail.

If they get out of the bag alive, the experience may assist them in developing a totally different view of the world in which they breathe! If they don’t get out…tough shit.

I haven’t heard that one but will try to find it on the internet. Sounds good to me though!

“Someone tell me why we even bother with the concept of “Law” anymore.”

There will come a time when We the People will quit bothering with the illegitimate laws and start enforcing the REAL Law of the Land as it was intended by the Founders.

A lot of people ain’t gonna like it either, but it won’t hurt very long.

“What do you call 500 Lawyers at the bottom of the sea?”

        “A good start”

Is that the one you spoke of?

Yep! Pickdog, we can expect a lot more of this in the future I would think. When We the People start standing up for what they believe in and want, some activist Judge will knock it down.

This recently happened here in Arkansas when a Judge stated the constitutional ban on same sex marriage was unconstitutional. 75% of the citizens voted for a proposed state constitutional amendment banning same sex marriages and one person knocks down the will of the people of an overwhelming majority. I have to tell you, until we start ignoring the clearly unconstitutional “rulings” of these employees of the regime this is what we will be facing. They need to be told to get out of the state and carry their butts to Washington D.C. and hang out with the rest of the socialist trash or face severe consequences.

That obviously doesn’t ‘hold water’ Danny. Only when Judges like that begin to die, will things change. They just don’t think that the people are a serious consideration. Perhaps we deserve that. When they begin dying, they will. But when?

You’re right ‘rat, we did ask for that by sitting on our hands and doing nothing. Win or lose, they will bear a significant cost for their treasonous acts.
