Memory problems?

11 Dec

This is a public service announcement for a special person.

John Adams often spoke of his State of Decrepitude.  Franklin wrote about Beer.

Danny doesn’t write clever quotes.  So this is just a reminder…

LOL! That used to be my problem but Mary has changed all that. She makes me forget about the whiskey from the days of old! It’s ironic you should post this, today is our 15th anniversary!

‘Rat if everyone looked up the definition of “friend” in their Merriam and Webster, there should be a photo of JW beside it. I am most impressed with the work you have accomplished with the City, you take a backseat to no one and those folks will remember you and your dedication to their city for years to come.

    I salute you Sir!

No salutes, please! Else I’ll have to talk to Mary… :0 Haven’t had anything to drink since 03, myself. Crazy ain’t all it’s cracked up to be.

That is the gospel truth about “crazy”! It’s been 1997 for me ‘rat, but almost daily at some point in time I can still taste a shot of Jack Daniels. I had one shot at a Christmas party in ’99 (under the “supervision” of Mary of course!) and had one thought…no sense in breaking with convention now.

Mary is the only mind altering substance I need these days!

I was reading that thinking the same could be said about beer, then I got to the bottom! I am emailing this to my wife.

We (the married men of the world) can all refer back to this one from time to time. 🙂
