The most critical element in resisting the regime in completing it’s takeover, I believe, will be communication. The Patriots of this country will not be able to organize effectively except in small local groups without it, much like in the photo above. This I do NOT consider insurmountable, however it will put us at a serious disadvantage for at least a short time.

True Americans are an articulate people and very resourceful, a way to overcome this problem will be found and initiated quickly I feel. As I said in the beginning, commo will determine our success or failure. Our supplies of all types may be extremely limited but the opportunity to seize or capture whatever is needed as has been done in past revolutions (the French underground comes to mind) will serve Patriots well. This is one of several web sites describing, GENERALLY, their tactics:

I’m fairly certain there may be better ones available.

Another critical element will be the lack of training/discipline by many, this of course can and will be corrected to various degrees by Veterans among us. I would venture to say there are a large number of groups across the country that are taking advantage of the working knowledge of former Officers/NCO’s in this respect. It just doesn’t get any better than that! Recruiting them NOW is a wise move indeed and will yield big benefits.

There will be, heretofore, unknown horrors visited on people unaccustomed to such events through the many loses in life and property. Day to day routines and comforts will be a dream of the past with a plethora of chaotic, minute by minute events and sufferings such as extremes in cold or hot weather, sleep deprivation, hunger, illness, injury, fear, etc. A study of fighting Americans since the dawn of our time will reveal setbacks and tremendous suffering but always the resiliency of the spirit of American Patriots came into play and we overcame…ALWAYS!

Pretty words don’t amount to a hat full of horse shit in such a situation, however we would do well to remember the words of General George S. Patton Jr., and he knew a little something about fighting!

“It’s the unconquerable soul of man, not the nature of the weapon he uses, that insures victory.”

Without specifics, don’t discount the fact that 2/3 of our military will not go along for their ride. Defections will mount rapidly. The Central Government will not be able to maintain much for long, with its power waining in a daily (hourly) basis. This could be a real hootenanny, but don’t expect it to last too long. Remember. We are basically dealing with cowards and desperate people. The cowards will be cowards. The desperate will fight to the end. They know what awaits them in a true ‘people’s court’. The main problem will come from those ‘social outcasts’ who do not work, have no values, little education, or are still in the immigrant phase. This is just not their country, and in some cases, never will be. Some already hate America. Those groups could take years to root out completely. The Constitution will be made supreme again, with just two less Amendments and the addition of another. Call it tweaking.

and when it falls apart do not expect another united states for a damn long time

You’re right. Cannibalism will be rampant in many parts. That’s how far we have really come. After everything we’ve been through, that’s how far.

I believe you are right on target Wildflower, especially the part “for a damn long time”. That could possibly be NEVER.

What was it? The 100 year war? We might break the record.

If we do break their record (which actually was 116 years!) it will demonstrate the American spirit is still alive!

          I hope so.
