Updates on Europe

01 Apr

Cyprus conceded on Thursday that tight capital controls would remain in force longer than expected.

No shit!

That is not news to anyone.  Or shouldn’t be.

What is news is that the Cyprus Bank’s larger depositors will lose up to 60% of their savings!

Are you prepared?   Now that the banksters gangsters (I don’t even consider them bankers anymore) have gotten away with this in a tiny country, expect them to begin moving to larger ones like Italy, England, and possibly France.  They won’t be so fast to move on Spain because the people there will resist with violence.  No, they will wait a little while before moving on any country that will resist.  That said, however, once the situations settle in the big ones they will.  We can expect no less.  Are you ready to give up your hopes?

Are those ‘rich’ patriots looking better to you yet?

There are signs people are beginning to pull their cash out of the banks all over the world, my wife and I keep very little in a bank (mostly because we have very little). Not that the cash will be any good when the SHTF, we just don’t want the bankers & the regime stealing any more than they have already! When it becomes totally useless we’ll use it for toilet paper or as targets.

I remember my Dad talking about how the banks literally closed their doors in Sikes and Winnfield Louisiana when the “great depression” happened. There was money belonging to hard working farmers, loggers and ranchers in those vaults, what the hell happened to it? It wasn’t there when the banks eventually reopened. Strange thing!

I wonder if anyone had any money squirreled away at their house during this period of time…did it just vanish into thin air like the money in the banks?!

To borrow a phrase from a Monty Python movie…I fart in their general direction.

We may be using it for wadding if we aren’t careful!

We are ready to pull what we can on a moment’s notice. Not too long ago, we were laughing at the thought of how stupid our predecessors were when they did the same thing.

How true, and the wadding idea is one I didn’t think of!

What are you thinking?
