In the post below, titled Defending the Constitution, the Smith & Wesson Co. was applauded for its handling of the money changers at Reed Exhibitions, the (Politically Correct) British firm that owns the gun show. Unfortunately for Reed, it decided to ban all visible references to assault weapons. No sales, no advertising, no nothing.
So, a boycott began. Smith & Wesson canceled. The NRA canceled. Then hundreds of exhibitors canceled.
We are happy to report that there will be no show (as scheduled to take place February 2-10) in Harrisburg, PA this year, and the foreign company will not be taking any greenbacks home to Jolly ole England.
